Knowing how AIA’s business is ever-changing and how their work spaces have to keep up, our interior designers worked hand in hand with industry partners in China to pull together this super-flexible, multi-connected space.

Spread over three levels, this workplace may be disjointed but working here never feels overwhelming or impersonal. That is because of well-defined shared spaces in between workstation clusters that are easy to use. What’s more, these spaces can be readily transformed into more workstations in the event of future expansion.

So now AIA, the largest public-listed pan-Asian life insurance group, has a nimble and open concept work base to match the energy and ambition of its workforce.
